Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Search Console application (the “App”) operated by Valet Hero / Benjamin Peralta (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides an independent interface for viewing and managing data available through Google Search Console. The App is a third-party client and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

“Google Search Console” and related trademarks are the property of Google LLC.

3. User Accounts & Data

  • Google Sign-In: Access to the App requires authentication through your Google Account. We do not store or have access to your Google password. Authentication is handled securely via Google Sign-In.
  • Data Access: The App accesses Google Search Console data (including properties, performance metrics, and sitemap information) solely for the purpose of displaying it within the App. This data may be cached locally on your device to improve performance and enable offline access.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers an optional paid subscription (“Pro Membership”) that provides access to premium features, which may include expanded property access, advanced exports, and enhanced insights.

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through your Apple ID account.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
  • Apple EULA: Use of the App is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, excluding user data retrieved from Google services, are the exclusive property of Valet Hero / Benjamin Peralta and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Links to Third-Party Services

The App may include links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valet Hero / Benjamin Peralta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice prior to the updated Terms taking effect. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
