Privacy Policy

Last Updated: December 23, 2025

Valet Hero / Benjamin Peralta (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Search Console application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App.

1. Information Collection and Use

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the App’s core functionality: viewing and managing Google Search Console data.

2. Information We Access

A. Google Account Information

The App uses Google Sign-In for authentication. With your permission, we access the following information from your Google account:

  • Email address — used to identify your account
  • Name and profile image — used to display your profile within the App

We do not access or store your Google account password.

B. Google Search Console Data

Using the official Google Search Console API, the App may access:

  • Websites (properties) associated with your account
  • Search performance metrics (such as clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position)
  • Sitemap and URL inspection status

How this data is used:

This data is retrieved directly from Google’s servers and displayed within the App. Data may be cached locally on your device to improve performance and support offline access.

We do not transmit, sell, or share this data with external servers or third parties, except as required to communicate with Google’s APIs.

C. Usage and Diagnostic Data

We may collect anonymous diagnostic or usage information (such as crash reports or feature usage patterns) to improve stability and performance. This information does not identify you personally.

3. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party services to operate:

  • Google Sign-In and Google APIs — for authentication and data access
  • Firebase — for infrastructure and diagnostics
  • RevenueCat — for subscription management and purchase validation

These services process data only as required to provide their functionality and are subject to their own privacy obligations.

4. Data Retention and User Control

  • Local Data: Cached data can be removed by signing out of the App or uninstalling it from your device.
  • Account Access: You may revoke the App’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

5. Google API Services Disclosure

The App’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information obtained from Google APIs is used solely to provide functionality within the App and is not transferred to other applications or services.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. All communication with Google’s services is encrypted using HTTPS. Authentication credentials and access tokens are stored securely on your device using platform-provided security mechanisms.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted within the App or on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.
